Lol, the event of the mistery cat is a vile scam. It's impossible for a new player to finish it, even for a player with intermedite lvls is almost impossible: the final part of the quest is reaching Edo from Naples withing 2 hours (otherwise players won't get this NC sail), but that's not all, players must stop at panama first then sail to Edo.

The only way to do this is using a fast NC ship with EA, a fast clipper/schooner (with EA) and using panama canal (if player doesn't own a very fast ship) and a a ship with decent speed, EA and luck.

it is not a scam event, I got this reward using trading clipper with EA and 4 college skills, no NC ship or item. with 3/4 full cargo, not using panama canal, need 5300 seconds from Naples to Edo.

wow talk about necro post..... anyway the standard trip is 55 days from london to sakai, so from naples to edo should be about the same or even less.

If you are going with a full load maybe 60 days at most unless you are using a barca....
