Relatively useless item, most of the time. We can toggle each tech on and off, so there's really no need to increase the probability of having trap techs pop in the lineup. The accessory slot is better spent on another item, imo.

it really depends on what trap one has. if one has no trap, then this item is orviously useless, but if one has strong traps Hornet Call, this item could potentially be better then six secret teachings

This is not useless at all, if i want 5 second traps i'll have to activate as much techs to reduce the load time, with this item trap techs will pop more often than other activated techs
