i have had 3 of these - i still have 2 - ive advertised it for weeks in bazaar at 5m it took weeks to sell it,

mainly because management is easy to grind to r10

besides at 100 submission at Oxford you get awarded (free)
cloak with +1 mngt +1 nav +1 arms
so its not really worth much of anything
