Uhoh, another angry dude on a lonely Saturday night :D

Don't mind these guys, they A. don't know where exactly to get it so can't answer your question exactly and B. assume everybody that reads ivyro does so daily and knows exactly what event/nc shop/etc means.

I don't know what event exactly it would have been from but event means a special event that occurred in game like the recent one where Justine sends you places to collect guests for the party or whatever. At the end of each 'round' you received a reward item.

As for NC Shop that means it could also have been an NC (paid) item at one time, or in the treasure box either directly or from a ticket.

As for etc, no idea.

So in short, you probably cannot get it from any regular in game method such as shipwrecks, stores, plundering etc. Maybe somebody more knowledgeable and less angry will come along that knows better than 'Mei Hua' and I.

good, now you have nominated yourself to explain this to every person who ever asks this question. Even tho right on the home page it explains everything you just did, it even says "unobtainable item(and it's useless to think about 'how to get this?')"

And yet still people ask how to get something without reading. So I'm going to lay off of fussing at people who are too lazy to read before they post for a week or two, but you had better patiently answer each and every one of those questions in the same manner you just did or else I shall UNLEASH THE FURY ONCE MORE!

As for Jafar (real name? I think not) there are continuously people who are too lazy to actually check and find out how to obtain items, as Igor has stated.

I'm happy to see that you're willing to answer these lazy peoples questions with a semi-sarcastic remark and the answer to a question that, if they took the time to look, they would find the answer themselves :)

P.S. Twas I that placed that comment... Not angry or lonely. Just amazed at the laziness of some people who cant be bothered looking on a site that has a fount of information

Is actually unobtainable.. just now you can obtain it via Event, when you talk to the last NPC Mezquita.

Not to start a flame war. They were available at one point in the past.. not the future as indicated. If you want to see it. just ask. This is my IGN. Surely I wouldn't own one if they are only available from an event that the Mezquita part, that isn't for one more week.

Just saying some ppl in the game have them. It's just one of those things you don't sell.
