Hi, any idea if this ring exists in Maris ? And when the last time people used to get this ?

Anything marked unobtainable in this DB very likely is, and probably will remain that way unless:

1. it's given out as an event reward (but we don't get many events on Maris)
2. it's put up in the UWC cash shop, or shows up in one or both of the coves/cap tickets (hasn't been done as of my comment)

I believe that 'unobtainable' applies to this accessory as the server-wide race event listed above was set during the release of Cruz del Sur expansion and has (obviously) never happened on Maris server. It's quite different from the later world clock related race events, too... sorry I missed it on GAMA. Must've been fun.
