Why give such a worthless book? By now, every adventurer has a +2 booster of each skill. I would like something cool to wear at least, even if it doesn't have much other skill value. Just for the fun I guess, but this is also just a small flaw in the game and I won't ramble on how insignificant a project of this magnitude really isn't going to affect the outcome of your thinking by the lights of the northern Alaska skies which don't(do not) exist until 1813 of the blue moon year.
