I only buy if I see them in the ballpark of a million personally

Montador

Yeah. 1 m or so is about right. If I really really need one, then I'd probably spend 3 or 4m for one. Otherwise, 1 million. Kinda like clay. I see it in bazaars all the time... 15k... 20k. No thanks.
But, occasionally, I see for 4k... 5k. Then I buy it all.

Adventurers have no problem getting a +2 art accessory or +2 theology accessory or +1 archaeology accessory. The +2 on 1 skill trumps +1 for several skills. How often do you have a quest that needs art, theo and arch at the same time?
So, give them to your adventure buddies and they'll turn around and sell them to an alchemist. :P

Yeah, this is pretty much crap for adventuring purposes. Only a few quests need simultaneous +1 to two skills among the three ; there are tons of +2 art accessories that even have a skill to keep the dura, syracuse middle drops a +2 archeo (journal of burial goods). Not sure about theology, but it shouldn't be hard either.
Snipe01-22-2017
huh, a couple of years later this might finally be of more use to adventurers that are doing dungeon runs.
Guilder01-22-2017
It could be very useful to adventuring indeed. If upgraded to EX form, this seemingly quaint beginner-style accessory gains the R10 effect "Increase of acquiring rate of relic pace". In other words, you get TH relic pieces... er, clues, much more regularly, which equals more relics, which equals more adventure exp, especially for the Labyrinth's TH relics.
Only the EX upgraded Terra Amina (Casting R15 in a hidden room of the Atlantis endless dungeon, Temple of Poseidon) is slightly better at R12, and the Terra Amina will become rare/impossible to produce more of when Atlantis leaves us come the Age of Revolution's first chapter, unlike this Amulet.
Of course, I've heard Scholar's Amulet and Terra Amine both require those fancy bonds from the Astro shop to upgrade to EX state. And from what I've seen, it doesn't seem like you can pair EX items together for bonus effects. Pick your TH clue boosting items wisely, I guess. Cheers.
