Not entirely accurate. If you look up "Lapis", you will find a bunch of accessories that will boost Luxuries trading. But they are very rare and the King's hand mirror that you reference is probably the most easily obtained. Incidentally, I found a Lapis Brooch (memorial album item) last week searching in Naples after the barkeep told me someone had thrown one out. I actually found four of them...Luxuries trading +2.

Also sold in a hidden passage shop in the Karnak and Luxor lower floors for 15,000 Roman Coins. Counts towards the memorial album when purchased!
