This stuff is quite common on shipwrecks. I have a few of them from a few wrecks. I even used one of these to do eradication of seaweed on a pinch. Probablly I wouldn't price it anything higher than 5M.

A Saint Brendan figurehead would be much more useful for eradication as it has a 70 dura with eradication effect with a r7 crisis protection on this figurehead than a 20 dura eradication effect Glass bead hair dressing unless you are looking at doing sundries trading +1 too and you manage to obtain a few of these glass bead hair dressing which I happen to acquire. Just my 2 cents of opinion though.
