I see them being sold in Seville for 10-20 mil, or even up 40 mil. I think that's way overpriced considering #1 Their a common drop in shipwrecks (Ive raised over 300 wrecks and I think ive have gotten a dozen of these), and #2 For the stats it gives, their are better items you can buy for that. I could see these being handy for beginner players who havdent unlocked areas outside Europe yet though. IMO shouldn't be more then 5 mil.
