This is a reward from a new(ish) memorial album. Stats are as follows:

Due to speed of pistols, this is arguably one of the better F2P weapons available. And it's non-plunderable, according to GM.

The MA to obtain it is entitled "Rare items Traveled by Train". To complete the MA, you must obtain 4 items from the Mystery bonanza boxes and create 4 items that are only makeable during the Great Thanksgiving festival. Summary of the steps is given below:

Bonanza box items:
Mysterious Bonanza Box (No.1) - War Axe
Mysterious Bonanza Box (No.3) - Guardian's Hat
Mysterious Bonanza Box (No.4) - Guardian's Coat
Mysterious Bonanza Box (No.6) - Feathered Tunic

The other 4 items come from the recipes available only during Great Thanksgiving Festival (event that lasts 4 days where XP in North America is boosted and special NPCs appear in Boston, Omaha, Sacramento and San Francisco). To make all recipes, you will need r10 handicrafts and r10 sewing:
