Is this available in GAMA?
It has got +2 mineral trading, +1 firearms trading and +1 arms trading.
From what i could find it seems to be obtained through plunder in the black sea although i couldn't quite get the details.

If you google this japanese text 黄金の王杖 and go in the images section you can see where i found info for this.

From what I can tell, it seems to be related to a series of Maritime Quests where you can fight up to 200/200 NPC ships (!) before reporting a completed quest. Specifically, a 9-star one from out of Istanbul, that sends you up against "first class ship of the line" NPC fleets.

We don't have anything like that in GAMA yet. Sounds kind of like... something from Gran Atlas Chapter 4: Ancient Glory.

Since there's no good way to track this weapon down by name, perhaps somebody should add a link to this weapon-slot item's page under the Mineral Trading skill section? It'll be nice to remember this exists when the chance to hunt it down later is finally added in.

Already I sold 2 of these Scepters.
I just investigated a bit on jap sites and this scepter can be plundered from Black Sea, The guy shows a print screen with full inventory of this items.. all obtained by plunder.
I know very well some players already got them by this way but they keep secret.

There are new maritime quests as expected. A lingering question remains: Does this weapon come from the NPCs present in the Black Sea quest discussed above, or is it a quest reward?

This is plundered from the Formidable fleet at the Black Sea, doing the quest "Battle reports from the Black Sea" that fleet will show at 50, 100, 150 and 200 kills.

Seeing as it was available from a very recent bottle drop apart from the quest that drops it normally, anywhere from 50-100m is the usual going rate in most bazaars right now. As with all things price related in UWO, your mileage will vary, but does typically tend to skew towards the higher end of the spectrum.
