both. And tradeable (and cant be slacked) are able to be plundered by npc/sea melee/land battles.
High torage rank is believed to be able to against plunder.

base power 85, so 75 points gained using tools? you know, after certain improves (50?), there was a higher and higher chances of breaking the item... not saying impossible, but is nonsense to take the risk, so...

Seriously get those skills & tactics up instead of sitting in Seville all day bragging your ship & forged equipment. I feel sooooo bad to your items though because its not being used the right way. Maybe 25%? Someone should use it instead for a maximum proficiency.

First off clicking your mouse for hours to raise your in game proficiency is not skill, anybody can do that. In fact game designers made it easy to raise your stats, so new players can compete with veteran players. Second off did it ever occur to you I may already have maxed stats? I've been playing this game over 2 years, and I didn't start with NC, I began buying NC well after I already had high stats, to get the edge over other players with high stats. Overall, the one with the best attack and defense will win. The only exceptions are timing of in battle items used and how tech chains are used. So, would I pay real cash for better weapons and armour to beat your sorry ass with? -Absolutely. I don't care how good you are with your knife, my nuke is still going to win.
