Interesting... Kanemoto is the memorial album reward coming from getting all the Azuchi Castle relic drops. It usually comes with 85 atk, +2 sp and +2 sm. This version even has 10 def and 100 atk. Would be way much better than excalibur.

There are various "Improved" versions of existing weapons, like this one, Excalibur, Raikiri, and so on. They will undoubtedly be released as Astro items, since that was the case in Japan (and we've already seen the Improved Jet Black Short Sword be released as a rare bottle drop).
