cant seem to find this at 15th floor :/

I have received the dagger from the chest at floor 15 Budha.
So to let you know not to worry yet about the inventory before the fight. :-)

The loot-rate seems equil to "Six Secret Teachings & Three Strategies", however I don't think it's over the 100m due the low attack power.
