Has anyone actually gotten this from shipwrecks? If so, which one was it?

Those rare-to-get Ghost shipwrecks has the potential to drop one of these, specifically the 9* ones that pop up in the Carib, or a 5* that can appear in the Baltic sea, Gold Coast, or Cape cod open sea.
