The translation of the words next to the picture of the box is "New Year's Box 2008," and the translation next to the Plunder icon is "Araucano Elite Troops," and the Araucano people were found around South Central Chile, if that helps.

there are 4 type of fleet that have same name....but the one that drop it is in fleet of 5 which is heavy carrack-3 and large carrack-2
