It's an adventure quest found in genoa, marseilles, etc.

Kicker : I don't know tbh, but why wouldn't it be repeatable ? Non-repeatable quests are usually the ones that give huge rewards (Excalibur, vinland set, some dungeon access, etc.). It's not like this sword is very strong.

You might need to get rid of the sword before pulling the quest again, but it is very likely repeatable.
