It's not actually annoying difficult to get that Highest-grade Sapphire or other Highest-grade gems. What is difficult is to produce anything from Anita that requires 
Highest-grade Platinum or High-grade Platinum because the rarity of 
Platinum Ore that even harder than actually getting Large Gemstone Nugget. For the example is 
Platinum Laurel Wreath, not everyone have time to even bother making this.
The +2 Wares Trading still make this thing worth to make though, thanks for the info.
