The liars are out in force tonight. No weapon can be refined to 100 atk so cheaply. Period.
Refining guns is just like refining spears or swords, or knives. No easier or harder. The only real difference is, the recipe book to do it only drops from one rare mob in a remote location. It's the scarcity of the book that lets people charge so much for the finished guns.
300m is a bit excessive IMO, but if people are willing to pay it...

like all refining bud its a question of how you do it.
if you refine only 1 at a time then failure is imminent , but if you refine 30 at a time , and keep refining more rifles to top up losses then out of that 30 - 15-20 will get to 100 att

this gun's usefulness only happens if you have already gotten your gunfire/sniping skill to r10 and you want to run some dungeons as a trader - so you dont have to swap jobs (maritime/adventure - trader) to get best xp/fame when selling your goods...

ming dont be so ignorant, if you dont do any sort of battling or dungeons in trade job, thats upto you, i actually grind dungeons in caravaner job(TRADE) for the skills it has like merchandise knowledge and sniping since i have high trap, SM and SP already. so, yeah i would like to buy 1 despite ming's arrogant and ignorant objections to this weapon, plus i would like gun techs.
