look up Guisarme -> Lance -> Pike -> Halberd/Spontoon - basicially a neverending process if you continue improving atk on Halberd :)

and taking into consideration the constant flow of new players in UWO, which then gets introduced to Ivyro, it is an answer to more than just a single person 10 months ago - but i guess you didnt think of that :)

North Sea Armed Merchant Fleet located in... the North Sea. There's quite a few fleets with that name, but only the fleet with a Battle Pinnace in it will drop the book.
