First it was Arcane Saga closed down, then dice venture went to other company, and now its District 187 wich is being shutdown, NM already dissmissed procomgaming (CJ_Para) from UWO it will probably be shutdown soon too if NM doesnt find other company to pass UWO to.......dark clouds aproaches UWO....

The only thing all online games have in common, is that they will one day be closed down for good. But nothing suggests this will be the case for UWO right now, and the "dramatic decrease" could easily be connected to summer vacation recently ending for a lot of folks, myself included. Rather than worry or argue, let's just play and enjoy the game, for however long we can.

That doesnt make sense summer should have the highest spike in players so you are telling me in Fall, when most of the kids go back to school there will be more players playing? One person's example doesnt justify the many. Where is everyone one else? So you are saying all the missing people are on vacation too?

they need to fix launcher and game guard issue, that is stopping new and old players from playing.

This happens in all online games. There will be times that you will see a large amount of players online for weeks even months and times were you will see a decline. Players come and goes. Some gets bored some finds a new game, etc. I've been playing this game for about 2 years now. A lot of my friends already quit and some still there. If your'e worried about the game is closing down soon then I suggest you quit now. Like what Guilder say, just play the game and have fun...

These gloves with +1 to mine laying/repair have a chance of dropping from a 9-star wreck in the Persian Gulf and seemingly nowhere else. Its Google translated name is "Wreck of the ruins investigation team"; perhaps some expert in shipwrecks could give the name used on Maris. In any case, now you know where to find them apart from bazaars/company shops. Cheers.

It's called Excavators Shipwreck, a 9 star wreck they will usually spawn around Muscat (although they can appear anywhere in the Persian Gulf). There's also a 8 star one that appears in the East Mediterranean Sea (usually in the Nile River area), but they dont drop the gloves. I remember getting the Excavators SW a lot back in GAMA. With the new server and new SWs that have been added since then, however, Ive only gotten the Excavators wreck maybe two times out of the 200 wrecks ive pulled, making it a very rare appearance for me, although other players that have pulled considerably more then me may have had a different experience...

My personal record indicates that about 6% of the shipwrecks I raise is excavators shipwreck, although that is with 8 and 9 star ones combined. Considering the overall odds the chance of this item dropping sounds quite low, but it drops from time to time. I've at least sold 10 of these in Maris.

Thanks for the insights. It's been my observation that while shipwrecks may share names (it happens a lot as I recall), their star rating/sea region is what determines their potential loot table -- the JP wiki link seems to support that. So, only the Persian Gulf 9-star Excavators Shipwreck should have a chance of dropping these particular gloves.
