I agree with Oleh with everything. But the amusing thing is that deck is even more broken than you spoke. The point is... Its not just that you dont need to be good at controling ship, positioning, tactics. Just enter deck and overpower your opponent. In 1x1 against non turtles the deckers are kinda protected against pillage orders/melee items, since you can start the deck right away. Also immune to disorder, to escaping, training bombs... Whatever. As soon the melee is on, its deck most of the time. Also, deckers can force whole teams to deck, avoiding escapes, since they need to melee only admiral. So even if you are in a turtle but your fleet admiral isnt, deck will be on. I've heard that pvp deck battles were nerfed recently in japanese server to require agreement for both captains. Maybe they've being complaining a lot there.

Just a side note, NOTC has some new veteran players from other server. This server is starting to get its own veterans only now I guess.

Well, Red Garuda and Elysium has no other server veterans but they fight well :) on other side SeaLegion has Complicated and ForApple (Chinese Server Veteran) as their fleet member disguised.

disguised lol its no secret, just like PAC have RedDevilJack (korean server 6 years), and garuda have HwangJinee (korean server). HoO beyond-me, dog. Not like they are foreign mercenaries they been on this server a decent time.

NOTC indeed get a little push in the maritime world with the help of their 2 new veterans from taiwan (abu and royolpolice). An addition to their maritime regulars like (CaptainMacky, Dracard and Fanta)
PAC however is a disappointment or maybe I just expected too much from them.

that's how things work now in the game. as long as you're good in pvp you are already vulnerable to these blind accusations. I have already seen a lot of good maritimers getting accused of using god guns but not one of their accusers has provided proof.

geez most the bounty hunters i know use pillage orders if only to strip yer supplies so u cannot win sea battle or heal crew after melee, it might be a noob play but it exists and only noobs would ignore an advantage in battle...

A new pair of +1 Evasion boots can be obtained from the Upper Euphrates landing point via Search skill, at the Table Boulder landmark just east of the entry point. It is:

Babylonian Soldier's Boots - Brown
Durability: 30
Defence Power: 7
Evasion +1
5000 fame

My search rank was R13, but it may be possible to find at a lower level. It is significantly easier to obtain than these Korean Gaiters, and so I doubt the cost for them will be as... astronomical.
