I seem to recall that the trunk in question was a briefly available UWC item, either in the UWC shop or cove. Only other players would have those equips/trunks for sale right now I'm afraid. A very good hat for most traders with skill boosts like those even if the EX Boost is outclassed by a few other items.

Funnily enough there's a black version with an identical name and EX boost though I don't believe it's been released just yet (and it doesn't show up on the English side of UWO DB yet either).

Used to be in cove, and later got added in Noble Seas Ticket with obvious chance you will most likely to get the charms and other stuff instead (all hail RNG..)
