Aide Quarters Production - Casting -- requires Adept of Ages (14th Century) title equipped, plus player's Casting skill at R12 to access (equipping skill boosts is okay) the recipe, and a reserve Aide whose Casting skill level is also R12 (if they have +1 Casting skill, that gives them +5 boost to their Casting level).

Recipe Materials per armor production:

Woollen Fabric x10
Steel x20
Suede x5

Requires 2400 fame to equip, is unisex, and has no skill boosts.

how do u see whats ur aide's casting level?

I got this one! Add up your Aide's total assigned trait points (not their bonus level-up points yet to be assigned!) from all six categories -- Navigator, Lookout, Paymaster, etc. -- and check the number against this chart:

0 ~ 119 = R1
120 ~ 179 = R2
180 ~ 239 = R3
240 ~ 299 = R4
300 ~ 359 = R5
360 ~ 419 = R6
420 ~ 479 = R7
480 ~ 539 = R8
540 ~ 599 = R9
600 = R10

You now know your Aide's current production skill level in Cooking/Handicrafts/Sewing/Casting! It's the same across all boards, except when you have a +1 production skill on the Aide in question.
