This helmet, as well as Godly Armour, can apparently be plundered in the Black Sea from specific NPC fleets. "Black Sea Cruiser Corps" is a rough translation of the fleet that the helmet can be plundered from. It consists of four ships, two of which have black and white sails, the other two have pure red sails, I believe.

If anybody can give more concrete information on either fleet for the Godly EQ, please do so.

I have plundered a few of these helmets. Stats are +2 evasion, +1 guard, 25 defence, 70 durability, battle job only. The fleet, if i remember correct, is called "Black Sea Cruiser Fleet". Its a rare fleet of course. Spawns in at least 2 places in Black Sea:
1. near Sevastopol
2. Between Istanbul and Odessa

For rare fleet to appear you need to kill regular fleets, which are two types:
- 3 ships with red sails;
- 3 ships with red sails and one small ship with white sail.

This rare fleet sets fire a lot, so be prepared :)
