20 Disguise. Because the fearsome Ottoman Empire is unable to resist confectionery treats! Combine with Jaguar Warrior's Outfit for 50 disguise and access to pretty much every disguise-requiring Ottoman port in the game.

... Kidding aside, this EQ is/was available for a JP server anniversary event. Wonder if we'll ever see these released on GAMA.

The cake hat is available as a reward in this years Valentines Day event. I'm not sure but the rewards might change on the 19th as that's when the next part of the event starts.

I'd suggest anyone who wants a cake hat go ahead and do the event now. You can start by talking to Robert in the Marseilles tavern.
