Getting the parts should be enough Wench. If I had the book I would charge 10-20mill judging on how hard it is to get the ingredients.
Otherwise free if the person wanting had the ingredients.

damask fabric 3250 each (100%)x30= 97,500
so 2.6-5.1m just for ingredients
