It's not really a good helmet to be honest. Especially 20 dura is really low with low defense and +2 SP and +1 Plunder. Could use a better helmet unless you like wearing it as a display for toon. You could actually enter Palenque dungeons and clear the upper floors quite quickly and resetting your dungeon back to FSD (if you do FSD) is quite easy considering you are a pirate and dangerous waters are your playground.
