It is possible to farm this crown by repeating the Sagres advanced final quest over, and over, and over again. You don't even have to trade it away to someone; it's possible to receive multiple crowns by this method.

However... this has led to a great deal of people discarding the crown throughout the Mediterranean. Shame on you all; adventurers are supposed to be better than that! If you discarded it in docks or in a town, then at least it wouldn't be so harmful to the environment.

In the interests of combating crown pollution and reducing adventurer nautical footprints, please keep this in mind: if your inventory is full at the time of re-discovery, this item will not be obtained but the discovery will be still registered and its quest completed.
