Due out in Gran Atlas. One of several World Clock limited availability items from a future port -- 15k notoriety requirement to equip, no stat boosts that I've seen so far.

Seems so. Also, this outfit doesn't look to be color-custom; the blue version (which -also- has notoriety required) is a R15 sewing recipe in the tavern. It's... also a memorial album item. Interesting.

The default Buccaneer's dress is avialable at Bootlegger when having the title 17th Century (p-4).

For the blue version you need that title again. Indeed Guilder, it is avialable then from Drinking Woman and with R15 Sewing required.

Ingridients:
> 40 satin
> 30 lace
> 20 suede

I received the title from adventure quest "Pirate Theory" from St. Petersburg which requires R9 search, R11 appraisal and R9 unlock. There is another quest with this age, but currently unknown for me.
