Where can ye get the brown Male swedish clothes, cant tailor the normal one

As you noted, these outfits are not color-customizable. To gain the common colored versions, you must buy them from the Stockholm Item Shop. (Easiest; limited to two colors, one per gender.)


If you wish to own the variant colors, however, you (or somebody you trust) must use a R10 Sewing recipe found in Stockholm with an NPC (Resident? sorry, can't recall the exact name offhand); this method requires cotton fabric x15, feather x15, embroidery thread x20.

It appears this and the male variant would only appear for a period of time, during a certian time in the world clock, as I am unable to buy it now.
