The recipe can be found in chamber of commerce in Florence during the 4th period of the 15th century.
It looks very weird/funny, but it is not very useful. It is not worth the exquisite velvet and fine fur I think. Mine is for sale (ign: Destry)

Thanks for the info. Seems this recipe is only available during the 15th Century, phases 4 and 5. I'm curious, is it color-customizable? Also, a screenshot for those curious about its appearance:

Its standard colour is blue, you can change it to red or green. Same as on this site and your screenshot :)
