From what I read, you turn in spoils at Nassau or Jolo to get a bloody chest.

Yes first you need Pirate King title than 15k notoriety to wear this outfit, they came from blood stained boxes which you get when traders use tributes for large ships on you, than you get spoils which you exchange in Pirate Island into chests, than if lucky get sick gear. Got whole sets 1st day sick gear.

exactly.. this is aide armor 5-10m seems reasonable.. the few players on server with 15k+ noto don't even wear this..
