As can be seen above, it is a reward from an adv quest, that actually already requires the quipucamayoc series done. I don't think it can be plundered. If you want one, you can leave IGN for me to contact you.

...quipucamayoc title not needed to wear this though, everybody with 40K fame can use it. Unisex too.

...sorry dude, just read your post more carefully - you are right, the ones you are after come from plunder, not adv quest. I was referring to the top one. Well the first aide one seems to come from a lvl55 land battle, that's all I can make out.

If we trust GoogleTranslate, the first one is a bounty lvl55 land NPC, while the second should be the conqueror fleet. Conqueror fleet can usually be found sailing somewhere north of Lima. That bounty lvl55 may be a rare npc dude in some west latin american land area (never seen it).
