not sure there either in the Scandinavian area or i believe there are some Scandinavian galley around Lop Buri and Gia Dihn area

Ye, but scandinavian galleys aren't named scandivnaian brigade.I do think there is a 4x frigate fleet north of oslo, going at cosast.Kinda rare, but they are there! I said my words

it needs a lot of patience or a lot of luck :) but going on killing the scandinavian pirates the 4x battle pinnaces (not frigate) scandinavian brigate will appear, it could take a whole day or more, don't give up :)
sadly even if you find the fleet consider that there are 2 kinds, one drops Freya's drink and the other the armour

took me 90 mins of sinking the fleets around the West Scandinavia Landing spot to spawn the 'Scandinavian Brigade' 4x pinnace fleet, i tried a few times with various ships but i build a commander's corvette with APN skill, 30 crew works wonders, 0 att 111 def equipment. use angel 10s from london SY for damaging their sails as they keep their distance and theyre fast. 60 mins of constant melee i got the armour, after a while they run out of ammo so they go for melee, making the job easier. tough plunder, needs patience.

would like to add:
there are 2 Scandinavian Brigades. one of them drops seals of valkyrie and Freya's drink, other drops franscisa and this armour.

A few notes from my experience getting these. Unlike most of the rare fleets I've encountered, this one wasn't distinguishable from the other one (the one who drops Freya's drink) by sail color. HOWEVER I can tell you that the ones I got this from were Battle pinnacles, not regular pinnacles.

A summary of my experience: I circled the area for a couple hours in my custom hind. Knowing these fleets had low crew count, I put about 60 sailors onboard. When I engaged the fleet of 4x battle pinnacles, I had a number of Thor's Thunder items from the viking event. Being careful not to wipe out their dura too fast, I hit several of those to force the rare fleet to engage me in melee. I had all rare plunder oxfords on + Sanctus EX. After maybe 5-10 mins in melee, I managed to plunder 2 of these armours XD. 2 more to go and this difficult mem album is a thing of the past for me!
