Exceptionally rare. I've completed Bordeaux mid probably more than 100 times and I've yet to get this.

I've done a little better than that, but not by much. Ran bordeaux mid more than I would care to admit and I believe I've only gotten two of them.

Incorrect, it's from the chests on the last floor of Bordeaux mid, not an end of run drop. Sometimes these drop quite often. I've got 7 or 8 in a session before.
