It is available but rare. I've heard of people doing 100s of lower FSD runs and not getting it. If I get a second one, I wouldn't sell it for less than 50m.

youre running FSD lower floors right? make sure you have free inventory space at all times. so much is picked up from dungeons, and tbh it was a while before i also got this. also sometimes i regularly receive long jis from middle, and sometimes i can go a long time without receiving 1. just stick at it, atleast youre earning good ducats trying for it. when i tried to complete MA for FSD dungeon, i used ESBTs to run lower, big mistake i found, much better to go Tamsui and try from there, i used around 500 ESBTs in lower to complete the MA even with relic hunter title :(

These can (rarely) be obtained from treasure chests on FSD's lower floor 15.
