I did it with 3 characters, and got 3 jade necklaces. I consider that very lucky. A friend did it with two, and got one necklace. Another did it with two and didn't get one. I think it is a 1:3 chance, or very close. Of course, there could be hidden modifiers to the odds that we're unaware of...
