Apart from being a one-time Memorial Album reward, this can apparently also be found in Famagusta Church through the use of Search. This is good, since it's also part of a Memorial Album as well.

For what it's worth, I found out this is one of the items we can give to the shopkeeper in Ternate to improve the town status. I didn't stay to see which of the three ratings it increases and by how much (I'm guessing it adds to culture).

Found one Search R9 behind altar in Famagusta church, it went into my Memorial Album, while looking for a Galileo-style telescope
