FYI, the one from the San Francisco map (see Guilder's comment) is purple, not blue. And the Regal Boots, which is registered as being purple on Ivyro, is actually brown. If anyone knows how to obtain a blue version of this boots, please let me know. Thanks!

The mis-colored boots are a minor glitch which will be corrected soon.
As for the Bravery Boots (blue), simply complete the Atlantis maritime chain's final quest: Expectations of Atlantis. The boots are awarded on quest completion.
