Apparently, we have a Historical Event "Arriving at the New World' ongoing until 1st November (Period of Occurence) and 15th November (Period of Influence). This can be obtained by participating in this HE, in which you will need to take a lot of races between Seville to San Juan.

Finishing approximately 20x total of this race is needed to obtain the title Pioneer of History as well as this item which need that title to equip as well.

However this maybe not the final reward of HE.. still hoping to get chest, needs more races to be done..

You need to do about 3 more races before your get Traveler's Treasure Box as the final reward, which comes around after 23-25 races (we should be grateful that this was halved for us; players on the Japanese server have to do the race 50 times to get the chest!)
