Talk to Robert in the Marseille tavern, then Paris by the Craftsman, Lisbon's square, London's square, and finally Paris once more, followed by speaking to his wife in a Mansion located in the northeast of Paris. After speaking to Roberts one more time in Paris, this hat is one of several prizes that can be collected from the female apprentice of Roberts located near to the charioteer. It costs ten points for each hat.
