Earned from the Memorial Album "Interaction with Supercivilization" -- to complete the album, reach Atlantis and perform Ancient Technology Research by bringing x100 of a preferred trade good to the Marketkeeper. In exchange, he'll let you accept an Imperial Quest, and you receive one of the following:

Mysterious Ore
Mysterious Fabric
Mysterious Weapon
Mysterious Food
Mysterious Medicine

All five items are MA entries. You can select from three available items; the items available changes weekly on Monday when Atlantis moves, and the preferred trade goods selection also changes.

Note: You don't really have to do any tech research. Just accept the quest to get the item, then drop the quest and accept another one. Repeat until you have all album items recorded.

Keep in mind that you still need x100 trade goods per quest, and that if Atlantis disappears from the server (which will happen eventually) the album cannot be completed until it returns. Cheers.
