I do not see any info up there that would suggest talking to "her" (whoever that may be) will grant you this item in any way. You do know I'm not right behind you rl watching you play right? I don't see what you see, need more info.

sorry for double post,mmh well i presented her a couple of my disc 2-3 star ones from maps,but after that too she doesnt happen to give any gifts :/,the barkeep says that she loves me but without a gift it doesnt prove that,so...any ideas?

Ok still pretty vague on the info. I don't know how a consul coat pertains to the question you are asking. But to get the barmaids to give you presents you're going to need to be more PERSUASIONitive, and they like to be wooed, perhaps a little WINING AND DINING may help.

As much fun as I had collecting the gift boxes, I can't say the coat was worth the effort. It's very... extravagant.
