Compared stats between Ong Khan's armour and Prester John's and found them too identitcal. Hmmm.... And it's in India :( .

Based on my own observations, every treasure hunt theme is specific to an era. Once the actual World Clock has been to the right era, the themes from it are available indefinitely, even after the clock moves again. Otherwise, an Adept of Age title is needed to make the TH theme available, like "Sword and Shield" currently does. If this theme has been added to the game, it's just a matter of figuring out which era it comes from.

Should'n this armor be a part of Memorial Album? I just did this treasure hunt, received armor, but it didn't recorder into memorial album...

No, this treasure hunt (and the treasure hunt from the Shining Hill theme) were unlocked by specific historical events occuring. These two themes + the Atlantis TH are the only TH's not part of a memorial album.
