without EA maybe 15mil, unless the player is wanting to improve the CLC with EA then selling this ship will barely cover the cost the FS parts used to build it.

also CLCs should be made with the min effective cargo(without penaltys to sails and wave resist) too many players sell with max effective cargo thinking cargo is important losing turn which this ship does need to be a good adv ship.

Hoffina max _effective_ cargo doesn't cost any sails or wave resist, its going beyond max effective that costs stats. For adventuring though, you want to go below min effective into the bonus area.

Build and mod this with teak, min cargo space without penalty, maximize sail,WR/turn, 5 or 6 mods. Very good adv ship (min sailor + frugality)

Why the hell would you bother to teak it if you're FSing it? ..Then again, if you've got the SSIP to waste on a lower level ship like this then I guess I should do business with you more often.

dont panel this teak, thats a noob move when you look at the stats.

Teak panel(uses up 1 armament slot)

with teak you get 1 extra V sail speed and 3 extra H sail speed.
With that armament to add a teak panel you could add instead an admiral's cabin adding +2 turn +1 WR or a traverse rope adding +2 WR or even a metal work adding + armour for acceleration. Those are more important overall than 1 extra V, 3 extra H.

Sadly, not yet. If you've charted India, West Coast and have discovered Calicut, you can check the town's Special Shipbuilding Information to see which ships can be built given its current development.

It is a bit unreasonable that we havent seen CLC in Calicut yet even though Tea Clipper and Ghanjah Dhow appeared there.

This would be one of many reasons why some players warned that resetting the development level of all 200+ cities in the game to zero was a bad idea, and a few even suggested that the GMs could artificially tweak development to match GAMA's old levels. They in turn were mocked and shouted down by those demanding a "fresh" start to things.
Well, the most influential and loudest of players got what they wanted: ghost town variants of Ambon, Ternate, and Lima lacking even the most rudimentary of NPC amenities, with the Caribbean colonial towns largely in the same state, and unbuildable recipes such as Cruise Light Clippers or Teak Panels. And after the East LA Coast permit incident, Papaya has an excellent precedent to maintain the present status quo of underdeveloped mediocrity, for fear of 'upsetting the players' again. And who's to forget a world chat which doesn't even work properly all the time? Drops from the lottery ticket system which make OGPlanet at their worst and most miserly, seem overly generous?
I do hope everyone will enjoy the months-long wait to reclaim even a fraction of what once we had. There's little else to look forward to, unless the inevitable end of this zombified server is something you are awaiting with bated breath. It may not be long off, with things as they are now.
