So it is considerably faster than FLR with all other stats and mod times etc. being the same. Then with a range of extra skills!

Deck Barrier for pirates that don't like to deck.
WMB + Roaring Sea Mines + inherited skill + original (rowing?) = PvP Boss

It is just a Shadow Hind with rowing but at the cost of less armor ...

I won't say they are exact counterparts although they do share: (1) Roaring Sea Mines; (2) both fast ships.

ALR has a much larger crew (about 70 more sailors than SH) and Pre-Emptive (which isn't a burden against opponents with WMB but in great disorder from mines), or else it can choose WMB itself. One way or another it is a hardcore melee ship, great disorder >>> row in to clean deck.

SH is more of a cannon ship with Roaring Mines as support, it's like HSFCV, only with much less dura but looks cooler.
