Turle owners like to say that it doesn't fail so you wont try to melee them but it DOES FAIL!! That's why they ship comes stock 210 sailors. Why else have this many sailors on a ship, only need 120 to effectively fire 5 broadside?

According to UWOtool, this ship can have BPA, IGP, Row Assist, Intensive Charge. Are there any other "hidden" optional skills not mentioned? I also see that the regualr Stacked Turtle can have APB. Has anyone tried on this ship? It'd be nice if OGP would give us info on the items they release into the game.
