Unless someone can show me evidence of this existing on the Chinese server, after checking Taiwanese, Japanese and Korean server info and not finding evidence of its existence, I am led to believe this is either an assumption, or, more likely, a joke/troll.

This ship does actually exist, btw. One of the BC GM's had one, so that means it's got to be in the database. I can try to ask GM to get you a screenshot of it if you need.
I would not expect it to debut for a while though, as they seem to be taking their sweet time with maritime ship releases, and this ship seems seriously OP. Probably best to be cautious with that though, if they release maritime ships like this too early it can't be a good thing for PvP due to imbalance between such a ship and everything else that other people have. At least that's my opinion about it.

Holy... with that much durability and crew, this would be a beast in both cannon AND melee. Only downside is its speed, but thats sorta to be expected.
As a tad OP as it is I can see Papaya releasing it anyway, if only to boost more Captain's tickets sales. I thought the same with ROG, but OGplanet did release it on GAMA anyway.
